Approved Factory Fabricator
Dreamwalls is an ICD Approved Factory Fabricator (AFF). AFFs are the only businesses allowed to purchase and apply OPACI-COAT-300®. We renew our certification annually to ensure we are providing our customers with excellent silicone-coated glass.
NOTE: We specialize in coating the glass lite used in spandrel assemblies, and can provide finished coated lites to insulated glass (IG) manufacturers to use in their IG units. We do not assemble IG units.

OPACI-COAT-300® is lead-free, ultra-low VOC in application and zero VOC once cured.
IGU Surface
OPACI-COAT-300® coatings can be used on surface #2, #4, and #6 in an insulated glass unit.
Ceramic Frit vs OPACI-COAT-300®
OPACI-COAT-300® does not weaken tempered glass, because it’s applied after tempering. In contrast, ceramic enamel weakens glass by over 40%.

Choose from a variety of annealed or tempered glass substrates to match or contrast with surrounding glass features.
Colors
Choose from 15 standard colors or color match nearly any custom color. NOTE: Perceived colors will vary based on the glass substrate used.
