Virginia Tech is in the process of building a new Innovation Campus in Alexandria, VA. Earlier this year, they celebrated opening Academic Building One – a 300,000 square-foot, 11-story beginning to their bold and innovative vision for this campus as “The Center of Next”.
Virginia Tech worked with SmithGroup to design a building that emphasizes sustainability, innovation, and beauty. SmithGroup selected Dreamwalls back painted glass and glass marker boards to help create branded, colorful interiors that reflect light and help foster a spirit of collaboration.
